Meaning ‘red clay’ in Portuguese, Barro represents the designer’s appreciation of the traditions and uses associated with this ancient material. The salad bowl’s rolled-edge detail, soft touch and balanced proportions give the bowl both visual and tactile appeal.

Crafted in Portugal from durable terracotta, the bowl is available in two sizes with natural or high-gloss colour glaze options, or with a hand-painted striped detail. The Barro Salad Bowl can be used for serving salads or other foods and can be used alone or mixed with other Barro tableware to create personalised table settings.
